VISION
To
establish a network of a state of the art highly specialized
centers for areas that include Erectile dysfunction, Infertility, Urology and
Allergy throughout the MENA region applying modern Quality
Assurance Techniques and methodologies focused on patient
satisfaction.
To
establish a research work methodology concerning the area
of specialty (Erectile Dysfunction, Infertility, Urology and
Allergy) and to maintain the research work as a part of the
daily practice.
To
institutionalise Continuous Education / Training facilities
and activities and to implement such activities as an inseparable
and integral part of daily operation.
To
dedicated all resources necessary for staff recruitment and
development to ensure utmost skill acquisition through cross
training, exchange of experience, internal as well as external
training courses, development of medical administrative and
managerial skills all fostering job enrichment and employee
empowerment. Special attention will be paid to performance
attitudes and awareness, particularly those related to "patient
centred care", "time-based competition", "personalization
of service" and medical ethics.
To
contribute to the welfare of the local population by mobilising
all available resources in developing public awareness through
community education and out reach activities.
